Nuit Blanche (Toronto) 2012

Cindy Blazevic and I participated in Nuit Blanche this year as part of Parkdale's art zone. We picked the very end of Queen west as our location and there, we set up a border check point. The border split up the art area of the city from the rest of Toronto.

When people would cross our border, we (along with "officers" Carrie and Andy Brown) asked them questions relevant to culture in their livesWe set up a visa office where people would line up to get their entry/visiting visas.

The event was part of Leitmotif organized by the Parkdale BIA and curator Stuart Keeler. Thank you American Apparel for the support. More hereAll photos are by Cindy except for the 2nd and the 5th that are by Janick Laurent.
